I hate to leave this dresser a bad review because I really like the look and it is a sturdy dresser. I also have this same style and color in a chest that is 100% perfect and would definitely recommend. But this dresser makes me question Prepac’s quality control. Every right side drawer side did not line up groove to groove with the front of the drawer. I had to chip away at the particle board to get the drawer bottoms to slide all the way down into the drawer face groove. The feet are incredibly hard to screw in. Luckily I figured out I had a bit for my drill that matched the Allen key shape and was able to get them in that way (after over an hour spent on 3 legs). One of the cam screws broke in half. Two of the drawer faces I had to request be replaced because they came scratched. The inside panel of one section of the dresser looked like someone started to make the incorrect cut, realized it, and tried to cover it up with a matching marker color. The seller is being very cooperative with me, and other than the drawer faces being scratched the outside of the dresser looks great and is the exact look I want. This thing is heavy and doesn’t feel like it’s doing to fall apart. Maybe this one was bad luck because the Milo chest I bought for another room was so good that I decided to buy this dresser. But with how time consuming this is to build and the fact that it’s not exactly cheap, if it were me I would want to know what I may or may not be getting into with this dresser. ... show more

Requested new top for dresser, the first one arrived damaged. Customer service was attentive, a new top was sent immediately. It took an amateur about 4 hours to assemble. This is most because none of the pieces are labeled so you have to match up everything yourself. I was also just using a regular screwdriver, a drill would have definitely sped up the process. There were a few small nicks in the finish, most likely due to travel. Overall it’s a beautiful piece and worth the money. Only other complaint was the the drawers are a bit small. Of all the other modern dresser choices on Amazon, I would still choose this one. Package arrived on time, need two people to lift, dimensions were correct, product is sturdy and good quality. Hardware is excellent quality, and I had no missing pieces. Directions also come in Spanish. Ignore the open drawer in the photo, there’s a cord from the game console wedged between. ... show more

Assembled quite easy but its mostly made of MDF material. Two of each of the drawer walls are made of solid wood but I noticed most of them were slightly warped. But it didn't affect the construction at all. Largest minus is that there are 4 metal twist dowels missing, without which I am unable to assemble the last drawer. For a $300+ dresser I honestly expected a bit more. Update: The seller was able to fix my problem quickly and I had the missing parts in a matter of days! For the price I was hoping for better quality control and better instructions. The parts are not labeled so you don’t know which piece goes where. Trying to figure out how and where the cabinet slider attachment goes; on top of that there are two different sliders one blue and one red. I bought this dresser for my nursery and loved it. It’s not labeled and the screws are not really sorted correctly. I suggest really taking the time to separate and label everything first. I found myself going out of order a lot in the instructions to ensure everything went in the right place. It was actually challenging in a fun way.
