There was a couple of chips on the paint but it came with a marker that covers up the chips. It was very easy to assemble. The quality was better than I expected. I bought a dresser for my daughter from another company and it came apart with in the year we got it. It was very solid material.

Three minor criticisms: 1) It would have been nice if 1-2 extra pieces of the various types of hardware could have been included in case of loss or defect of what was supplied, and 2) the assembly manual is missing a critical step after Step 11 in which the actual instruction for the bureau top to be installed to the frame below was forgotten, and 3) the upper backing that gets nailed to the frame is not sized correctly width-wise and overlaps with the lower portion of the back frame. ... show more

I began to put this dresser together, and one of the boards cracked, and one of the metal pieces broke, I called, and they immediately sent replacements. The instructions were a little bit difficult when it came to the red and blue, right and left. However, it all came together, and this is a nice piece of furniture, I may have to add a piece of wood under each drawer just for sturdiness. Overall, this company gets an A+ from me. ... show more

A good sturdy & inexpensive dresser. The drawers aren’t particularly deep or spacious; we’re mostly using these to store bed linens (small apartment with no linen closet) and as a TV stand for our bedroom. Giving 4 stars because it was a total pain to assemble. Took my fiancé and I 3.5 hours to put it together. The instruction booklet is for a few different kinds of dressers that the company produces so the instructions are vague. The pieces are not labeled, so you have to guess which piece is what. The booklet also just completely skipped over a step (where you have to put the top of the dresser on before attaching the upper backing). The wood also came damaged (see 2nd picture), which is especially a shame because it is exterior facing. There was also some kind of dried adhesive drips on the bottom of the faces of one of the drawers. Overall, it is a good and sturdy dresser. I just wish it were easier & faster to assemble, and that all of the pieces had arrived fully clean and not damaged. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I will update this once I have it fully together and wiped down, but straight out of the box… there are no foam packing sheets to protect the wood pieces from each other. Everything is covered in sawdust and mini chunks. Because there’s nothing separating the pieces from each other, all it’s doing is creating a sandpaper effect on the finished surfaces, so there are a lot of small, and bigger scratches on all of the pieces I’ve pulled out so far, to include the top of the dresser. That’s disappointing, because I bought it new for it to look new, not dinged up and abused. I’m always buying things that need assembled and built, and this is the first time I’ve received something covered like this, and so scratched up. Definitely not a good sign. While there isn’t much for cushioning or protection, the box is sturdy enough and sealed well . I also appreciate the thick- plastic covered foam on 3 sides of the box, because the box weighs 114lbs and it was very bashed and dinged when I received it. My husband had to carry it up 4 flights of stairs to our apartment, but he was able to put it on his shoulder and go. It’s very awkward for the weight, so he was broke off, but made it up without having to stop. I can’t imagine how anyone without his weight lifting experience could’ve done it, because it definitely feels much heavier than 114lbs. So while I appreciate knowing everything is in one box and not a million that could be lost, 114lbs in a very tall box is crazy. I’m sure the delivery driver hates me now. About to start building it with a few high-energy kids to distract me, so I’ll update it once it’s together. Hopefully everything is here. ... show more

Beautiful, solid dresser. Easy to assemble, even for one person. I would suggest packaging the hardware separately and labeling where it goes. All my hardware was mixed together in one bag and it made it hard to find some things and led to me using the incorrect cams a few times. Over all it was super easy to figure out where everything went. Good size, small enough for smaller spaces, but big enough to fit larger spaces as well. ... show more

For reference, I’m a 22 year old girl who goes to the gym and can lift pretty heavy. I could NOT move this package into my room. I had to open it up and carry the individual wooden boards out. So if you’re single or planning to do this alone like I did, be aware that this package is very heavy. Overall, it took me a little over 3 hours to build. I don’t have any electric tools, so I hand screwed all of the nails and everything. It seems pretty sturdy, I didn’t have any missing parts and overall it was not super hard to put together. The only reason why I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the inside of the drawers is not painted white. The outside and everything on the dresser itself is white (except for one board in the back that is just a regular wooden board with no paint), but once you open a drawer it’s just the cheap wooden board without any paint. In my opinion that makes it feel a bit cheap that they didn’t paint every board for the drawers. However, for the price point I can’t really be mad, it was just a little disappointing because I didn’t know it was going to be like that. I was assuming everything was going to be white. The pictures don’t show you this so just be aware that the inside of your drawers will not be painted. But they’re gonna be filled with clothes anyway so I don’t really mind. All in all, for the price point, it’s a great buy! ... show more
