I bought this upper cabinet for my laundry room and simply did not want to spend big bucks on a cabinet that is in a laundry room. I opted for this one and hoped for the best. Hubs put it together with little effort. He got it up which was exciting considering he had to position it over the washer and dryer. But he got it up and it looks great. It is sturdy and holds huge containers of bleach, fabric softener, and various cleaning products. The gray is not too dark...it works perfectly with the beige walls. The cabinet I received was full of defects. The two MDF boards running on the back had to be trimmed off by ~1/8" otherwise they wouldn't fit (see first two pictures.) The two doors of the wider storage section were too far apart when closed (see picture.) Travels in the hinges weren't enough to remove that gap so I had to add a spacer on one side to eliminate the gap (see picture.) The black paint seems to come off if you evil-stare at it, and it does really come off using gently pressed masking tapes (see picture.) Gluing the panels will make the cabinet quite sturdy otherwise it is definitely flimsy because of its weight. Didn't mount the handles because they make the cabinet look like office furniture. Ironically, they are quite sturdy and well made. I did not trust the MDF boards on the back to hold the fully loaded cabinet using the 6 long screws provided by the manufacturer. So I placed the cabinet sitting on a horizontal wood beam secured on four studs. Returning this cabinet will cost me ~$50 of shipping. So I'm pretty much stuck with it. Even worse now, it is ~$50 cheaper than what I paid on August 27, ~$169; and now, Sep 20, it is ~$120. ... show more

Did come with a scratch here and there and one door had a chip in it, hinges are a pain to adjust and hard to get a tight gap, but with all that said for the price they are very nice and seems sturdy, I also used wood glue as extra strength where the pieces connect. Overall very happy great deal.

These were pretty easy to.put together with 2 people. I really like how they look once installed on the walls. Some reviews have mentioned the screw covers and other flaws but in all honesty, they are very minor. These days building material and supplies are so expensive these are worth it for the cost. They come with the handles as well. The only flaw in the 3 sets I purchased were that one set of handles the holes were not plumb. So it kinda look off , but hard to tell unless you're standing straight in front of it. If you're on the fence, just buy them. ... show more

I don’t usually ever write reviews. These cabinets however deserve a good word. I ordered 2 and they are awesome. One board arrived a little bit cracked but that was from shipping and not a big deal. Not the seller’s fault. But the quality for the price of these things. Fantastic.

Cabinet is what I expected it to be. Very easy to assemble, seems really sturdy, but there are a couple of issues. First, the one not in my control. The items are packaged with minimal packaging material and thus there are scratches on the doors and cabinet sides. For me this isn't an issue as they're just office cabinets mostly only visible to me, but in other applications this would be a borderline a returnable defect. Second, this is in my control, but the adjustment of the hinges is very difficult. Not the actual adjustment, that's easy, but getting them adjusted properly. In my case the gap between the single door and the double doors is narrower than the gap between the two double doors. Again, in my application this isn't an issue, just a goes to show product quality. Soft close hinges would have been a nice to have, but all in all if not for these two challenges, I'd have given this at least 4 stars. It's super easy to install and one tip I found invaluable is to not put the doors on or shelves in until after you've hung the cabinet. It's much lighter that way. :-) ... show more

I purchased the drifted grey color cabinets.. I ordered the double 16" deep and the triple door 12" deep.. For the money, these are great laundry cabinets, attractive & pretty well made for the money.. FYI.. The double 16" deep cabinet DOES NOT come with the cabinet backing on it, the 12" deep triple door cabinet DOES have backing on it.. I missed that when I ordered them, but not a big deal because I will make a backing for it before I hang them.. I just wanted to mention it for future purchasers.. Really like the cabinets though, they will work out great for what I needed them for over my washer and dryer.. ... show more
