    • It's been good for 6 months then it started breaking down

This fridge has been fine for 6 months and then started holding inconsistent temperatures. Without moving the dial it would start freezing, we would turn down the dual from 4 (recommended temperature) lower then noticed it wouldn't start cold enough. Then we had to turn the dial up higher and higher to stay cool until it stopped working completely. This series is events only took a week to the compressor stopped working. I've tried calling their number for their service department. Once last week and no call back, 4 times this week with no call back. At this point I'd rather deal with the hassle of sending it back then deal with buying a new compressor since they obviously don't support their warranty ... show more

The fridge arrived with good packaging, however, there was still some damage to the back top panel but it’s minor and doesn’t effect the performance of the cooler and with it being in the back I was okay keeping it. When I plugged it in it was quiet but when the fan kicked in it made a loud rattling noise that was unbearable. I contacted their support and had a support member listen to the sound and he agreed that it shouldn’t be that loud. He asked me to send video and proof of purchase and they would schedule a tech to come look at the issue. I waited for over a week and didn’t get a response after reaching out a couple more times. Then my brother visited and I showed him the problem and in less than 10 mins he fixed it. It appears that the front panel where the fan is located was not bolted securely and when the fan kicked on it would hit a metal plate in the back causing it to rattle and shake. He added a thin piece of styrofoam between the two plates and screwed it tightly. Noise gone. I’m keeping the unit but wanted to say I was disappointed in their support service. This is a replacement for a "Man-Cave" refrigerator that was damaged in the flood. I don't think this is as heavy-duty as the commercial unit I had before. The unit came undamaged which was a concern as the reviews I read said theirs came damaged. Mine was perfect. It is much more quiet that the previous unit and it cools quickly. It also has a light display at the top that you can have decals fabricated to your liking. I am happy with the purchase and think this will make a nice man cave addition. ... show more

It just arrived today. I opened the package and plugged in the power supply. I found that the noise was relatively loud and the screws were loose in many places.
