Well made case with secure closure of the latches, Beefy carrying handle with non slip texture.. Did not come with foam inserts. Pricey, but in my area there are no vendors carrying a wide selection of these cases.

These durable blow-molded polyethylene cases are terrific. Pretty much indestructible. Only cons are that they aren't strictly waterproof as there's no real seal between the two halves. They aren't hermetically sealed. But they cost one third or better of the premium cases and are way less bulky and way less weight. The hinge is a true plastic pin hinge that will last a long time, not a molded thin film that can fail with use. The locks are secure but could be better. Totally adequate however. Holes for a padlock if desired. Folding carry handle. They arrive completely empty. I'd give them five stars if they came with a pick 'n pluck foam insert, lid foam and a base foam. Or at least offer it as an option. Great cases in a large variety of sizes. ... show more

I've been looking for a hard case for my 8250 Dremel and accessories. The 11 x 7 x 3 happened to be the right size. I cut a piece of medium density foam to fit the case and carved out pockets to fit the tool, charger and accessory case. This may work for most people but I was disappointed in how thin the plastic is for the price I paid. I ended up returning the product and shopping elsewhere. I ended up finding a comparatively sized product that was built more ruggedly, and I paid considerably less money.
