Have been using it less than a week but so far am very pleased with the mattress pad. Actually sleeping better. The pad fits our king mattress easily, and is quite comfortable - soft and don't feel any wires. Controls are simple and easy to use. Obviously dual controls were essential but equally important to me is the dual zones since my feet are usually cold and my upper body doesn't like it too warm. So I set the bottom zone to 2 or 3 and the upper zone to 1 or even 0. Toasty and comfortable all night. Had a previous heated mattress pad that had an audible buzz even through my pillow as the current alternated on and off. This one, I hear nothing. I also appreciate the timer. Cords plug in at the top so there is ample cord length to plug into the wall and to put the control on our nightstands. Washed the zip off top cover before using and it washed up very nicely and dried well in the dryer on low. So far, quite pleased.

I've had this for about 2 weeks and so far I love it! I bought this specifically for the dual heated zones. My feet are always cold and this one has seperate upper and lower body sections. It gives you the option to use it very warm on your feet while keeping it lower on your upper body. I am very picky about my blanket and I only like lightweight blankets. I can't take a lot of weight on my legs/feet so I use a very light muslin blanket(glorified sheet)and using this heated matress pad has been a game changer. I do live in Atlanta area so it doesn't get too cold here but this allows me to use my super lightweight blanket and still keep the heat down to save money. This pad heats up very quickly and gets very warm. I start out with it on 9 on the feet and upper body. Within about 30 minutes when I am ready to go to sleep, I turn it down to 2-3 depending on how cold it is in my house. That generally keeps me warm all night! I have read other reviews and some suggestions that they want a "memory" setting and preheat. I wouldn't even worry about that because all you have to do is set it in the morning before you get out of bed. Before I turn it off, I put it to 9 on both upper and lower and set time for 8 hours. The controller will default to the last setting, so when I click it off it's set for that night. Before I get into bed, I just click it on and it comes on to the last setting. And preheat is not necessary because it heats up quickly. Don't hesitate to try this heated matress pad, so worth it! The controller is easy to understand and gets quite bright to read the settings but the light goes out very quickly. The other awesome feature is the zip off pad for washing. This way you don't have to remove the whole mattress pad-just zip the topper off and wash it. The heating elements are under the pad so they never see the washer or dryer...Brilliant! The one thing that is a small issue is the location of the controller cord. It is a short-ish cord and comes out from the right head of the pad. Unfortunately my nightstand is on the left side so I have had to get creative with the controller. The short cord seems a little counter intuitive but I've worked it out satisfactorily. Don't let this little problem be bigger than it is, just get creative and you will not be sorry!

This bed warmer mattress pad is great! My husband sleeps warmer than I do, so I wanted something with dual zones. But this goes further and offers four zones! I LOVE to turn the feet on extra warm about 30 minutes before bed and the body area for my side on a low to medium setting. I set the timer for a couple hours, and it is just perfect to crawl into and fall asleep cozy and warm. I love that it has a timer that will turn it off in the middle of the night, as I tend to get too warm as I sleep longer. My husband sets both his zones on low for just about an hour and it is perfect for him. I also really appreciate that the top zips off, making it easier to keep clean with washing. We have had this about 6 month now and feel like th quality is top notch. I initially didn't want to pay the extra for having 4 zones, but, trust me, it is SO worth it! I have several friends that plan to purchase one of these when the cooler weather hits soon. If you have any doubts, ignore them and get this mattress pad!

Seems to be constructed well and of high quality materials. It heats well and having control over body and foot temperatures separately is great! I like that you can remove and wash the top. I love that the power connects on the side instead of the foot. You don’t have to feel it while sleeping. However, the wires are uncomfortable to lay on. I also don’t like that the controller can’t sit on the nightstand. I’ve had 3 or 4 other heated mattress pads over twenty years. They were all more comfortable than this one, even with the plug being at your feet.

This was exactly what my husband and I needed. I'm always too hot and he's always too cold, but it's usually his feet that are cold. He sets it up right when he lays down and is all cozy all night. The color is bright white and it is super soft. It automatically shuts off after a desired time. The remotes don't have any way to mount them onto a headboard or anything but we will just Velcro them ourselves so they don't fall off. He gets to be all toasty on his side instead of finding me to cuddle with and making me too hot. He doesn't have to sleep on the couch anymore.
