Easier assembly than anticipated!

This bed came essentially assembled. It’s incredibly heavy so I would encourage you to have it delivered to the room you want it to be. The mattress is a little bit uncomfortable but we ordered a topper to be delivered. Overall I’d highly recommend.

This bed is everything I hoped it would be. I made a good choice in having the bed delivered to my bedroom. It took about 45 minutes to unpack and set up. After two back-to-back spine surgeries four years ago, I had been sleeping in my “lift” chair. It has been so good to be able to sleep in a bed again. The motor is quiet, and I can easily get in the bed since it can be lowered to about 16 inches off the floor. I spent three months researching hospital beds for home use. Make sure you can find bed sheets for it

The bed itself works fine, easy enough to put a couple pieces on when you unpack it. My only frustration is that I don’t remember seeing the size. Finding sheets for it because it’s a European Single is proving difficult.

I do really love the bed very comfortable very sturdy. The movement and positions are fantastic. The only thing I don’t like is the lower bed rail cannot be reached to release if you’re in the bed, which is kind of a pain. Somewhat difficult to assemble but not bad if you have some help. Aside from that it functions better than I expected. If your in need of a hospital bed I recommend this one.
