    • Do not buy this - Amazon and/or Premier Gear will not honor the warranty
Overall the quality seemed okay. It worked fine for about a year and a half and then quit working. Amazon will not honor the 2 year warranty that Premier Gear says the product comes with (they state that the warranty is provided through amazon since Amazon.com Services LLC is the actual seller). The website that is listed by amazon under the "Get product support" tab is actually for a different premier gear business. When I called the phone number provided by amazon the gentleman that answered the phone said he's been trying to get amazon to change the contact information to the correct premier gear business for years, but now it's obvious to me why amazon won't do that - they clearly do not want to replace these high failure rate parts and are doing everything they can to not honor the warranty. I was on the phone with Amazon customer service for 34 minutes; the first rep said she couldn't find the order which was clearly a lie since the second rep found it immediately. He said there's no warranty listed anywhere on his end and since the 30 day window was up there's nothing he could do except refer me back to premier gear. Who refers me back to amazon. Who won't honor the warranty. Take your business elsewhere. ... show more
