It's comfortable but was a bit too firm. I weigh 180 lbs and my hips sank down a bit too far. I bought a Niagara sleep solutions ultra soft mattress topper/ cover, and it fixed everything. It's now the most comfortable bed I ever slept on.

So far its been great. Loved how we unboxed it. Put it on our box springs and unwrapped it. It just inflated immediately and was able to use. So comfortable. We got the medium firm. If we purchase another in the future we might get firmer for my husband but i think its fine. the dimensions are exactly how described. There is NO smell. Looks luxurious and the shape was perfect after about 5 minutes if that. My only caution is to have it delivered when someone is home or have them put it in the house, garage etc. It was really heavy i could not move it but my husband and son had no problem. ... show more

I was looking for a bed around $1k but I came across this and it had all the features a $1k bed had so I thought I would give it a try and wow it's amazing you just can't bet the price it's very comfortable and has plenty of support my back has no pain also my shoulders have no pain and I like to sleep on my stomach or side and the bed just conforms to your body it is definitely worth it for the price. ... show more

This mattress is significantly more firm than I ever thought possible given the reviews, and I like a firm mattress. I don’t feel any semblance of memory foam even though it’s a hybrid, and I personally prefer a hard memory foam mattress that gently molds to my body. Nothing about this mattress feels soothing. I’m going to add a topper and see if that helps before returning it. It’s been taking me 1-2 hours to fall asleep the last three nights no matter how exhausted I am. Such a bummer. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I rarely post reviews, but this really needed a review after wasting all that money on it. First red flag when received box the mattress was shrunk very much and bouncing inside box. I have bought other mattresses in box nicely packed and expanded without issue. I gave 4 days more than what vendor requirements of 3 days. I even walked, massaged, and raised temperature as vendor suggested if expansion issues arise. Only half expanded nicely, the other half was deformed but still decided to try out. Bad idea mattress is hard, is uncomfortable, and makes my back hurt. I really research products before buying good reviews, but it turned out to be nothing like product description and photos. I really wanted to like it especially after spending all that money on the high-end model. As photos and videos show the mattress sags on half of mattress. ... show more
