I ordered this last minute and it arrived in two days, well-pkged & in perfect condition. All nuts & bolts were in a pkg, everything lined up, and I had it completely assembled and working in @30 mins. Mess was minimal, considering that flocking is always abit messy. I added some clip-on birds, a little wooden star I had, and some red berries for a little color. Lights work great in every mode. The sleigh is very nice and the two gifts are a pretty touch. After reading so many negative reviews before I ordered it, I was wondering what I’d get, but I couldn’t be more pleased. While I understand you get what you pay for there are a few design quirks that are basic flaws easily fixed/adjusted. When you follow the instructions and put the runners on and then the decorative front parts of the runners they don't fit/slide on the way they should. The holes drilled for the runners should be angled so they are narrowed in it back and slightly wider in the front and the holes were drilled exactly the same width. I put the decorative runners on first and was able to attach them to the sled after but they aren't sitting flat on sled and the bottom plywood looks to be under strain and I'm worried about it popping or the wood cracking. It's a simple design mistake but over time it will likely ruin the piece. It literally seems like no one tried to put it together before mass producing it. Design is overall cute and I'm not planning to send it back - I'm just bummed about it. There weren't really any other great options for a sleigh like this. ... show more

The original box was damaged and the hardware / wing nuts were missing the presents were broken and bent. Very cheaply made for the expensive price.

The idea was really nice and the tree is actually pretty nice, unfortunately, the sleigh was cracked in the middle and scratched up in various places. Going to try and reorder with a different vendor because it is a really nice piece.

It is very cute but the arrived damaged, returned and ordered again . It was missing some parts and had minor damage. I am keeping because I like it.
