The weight set has 12 different weights ranging from 1.25 kg (2.75 lbs) to 2 kg (4.4 lbs). Included are two kettlebells, two dumbbells and a barbell. The two dumbbells are combined with the mini barbell to get a longer barbell. All the handles are out of plastic. Amazon asked me to rate if this weight set is "lightweight". That is a weird question for a weight set with a fixed weight. "No, the 2 kg weight does not feel lightweight. It feels more like 2 kg. Doh" ... show more

Nice to have a small, cheap way of having adjustable dumbbells. The screws to put on and off after each use of dumbbells in order to change weight take too long, and one end of both of the dumbbells doesn't want to screw, so takes a lot more work for that one side. Overall can see why this would be nice but it's not for me and I'm returning it. If I'm being honest I think getting this over adjustable dumbbells is a big mistake. ... show more
