The product appears to work fine and works as advertised. For the price I am happy. I have it connected to an 800watt solar panel system and it is charging 2, 200ah 12v lithium batteries connected in series to make 24 volts. It is programmable and the auto transfer switch switches to generator seamlessly if I choose to use it. Take note though that the inverter uses PWM charging versus Mppt, which is less efficient.

This hybrid inverter could not handle a load that was half of its rated power. A water pump pulling 800w would cause the inverter portion to shut off after a couple of seconds of running. Even a heat gun would shutoff the inverter after a couple of seconds. I actually have used the 5kw single phase version of this unit in several setups without issue, so either mine was defective or this unit is grossly overrated. If you are needing an inverter under 3kw, I recommend getting a separate inverter and charge controller setup than a hybrid like this. Spatially, it looks impossible to have an actual 2kw+ inverter and charge controller setup in such a small footprint as this unit. Though one concise unit is an attractive setup, I would recommend an Epever controller (30a), and the green and black Reliable inverters for the same cost but more power.
