I made a track saw table for my miter saw and I put these short stops to help make repeated cuts without having to measure every piece. I purchased these because underneath has a guide that slides into your t-track to keep it spinning.

The media could not be loaded. This will not fit a Rockler miter fence because it won’t clear the sacrificial MDF to go into the down position. I bought this on Amazon as a used item like new at a discount. I thought it might work on my Rockler fence but soon found that it didn’t. I could have sent it back but I saw that the quality was very good, well made and there was no deflection sideways under pressure. So I took a few minutes to do a modification to make it work. It’s not pretty and I don’t always need it on the miter gauge. The metal is soft enough to work with. Now for small projects that require two stops I don’t have to use a clamp for the second stop.

The would have been great, but the stop is just over 3" long so if your fence is 3" (like mine), the stop won't close all the way. I ended up returning it and hopefully have found one that's just under 3". There's a similar one that 2 1/4" but that seemed a little to short for me.

I built my first table saw sled and used a miter bar and this clamp. Works wonderfully as a stop block or as a light-pressure hold-down clamp. I want another one.
