Initial review after 10 hours: Oil, funnel, tools, and instructions were all there. Packaging was excellent. It started on the third pull, gave a small puff of smoke and ran smoothly. I ran it for one hour and changed the oil, out of excess caution. The oil looked just a little cloudy after that first hour but no sign of metallic glint in the used oil. I ordered a magnetic dipstick from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F32HQC6P?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) which fit perfectly. I also ordered an hour meter from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Y3ZYBLW?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title) I ran the first tank of gas (Ethanol-free gas with Stabil added to it) on Eco with a moderate load to see how long it would run and it lasted a total of 9 hours. That's more than they claim for this unit but I was only running about 300 watts. It is about the same noise as other generators I have been around. Not bad at all. I did not measure decibel levels. This is a great value for 1900 watts continuous power. I will put a soft-start on the AC in the RV and I expect to be able to run it with that.

10/10! I use this generator for my small business events to power my heat press, and it’s been amazing! I ran it for an 8-hour event this past weekend, and it lasted the entire time without a problem. It’s super easy to set up and use, and on eco mode, it’s impressively quiet — even with music and people talking around, you can barely tell it’s running!

I'm telling you this bad boy saving me as i write im currently going through a blackout post hurricane Melissa for a month now i run this generator everyday and night through the night without a problem i power my home plus two other rooms (just light and fans) every night for a month now and the generator can handle load i love it so much its a life saver i never had a issue with it, i did the break-in procedure prior to the hurricane and im telling you this doesn't drink gas one gallon keep me through the night it cost way less buying gas this generator does drink gas compared to other open frame ect. i love it so much i will buy a bigger watt size in the future.i fully recommended this its value for money. I run this from 6pm to 7am everyday pause to refill

I’m very satisfied with this generator. I bought it mainly for backup power and for occasional outdoor use, and so far it has performed better than expected. It starts easily, runs smoothly, and the noise level is noticeably lower compared to other generators I’ve owned. The build quality feels solid, and the setup was straightforward even for someone who isn’t a mechanic. I tested it during a short outage with several appliances running at the same time. I plugged in my refrigerator which draws around 150W while running, a 700W coffee maker, a box fan at about 50W, and some LED lights that used around 20W. All together the load was well within the 2500W capacity, and the generator handled everything without any power drops or hesitation. My only complaint is that the fuel tank feels a bit small for longer use. It works great, but if you plan to run it for many hours, you will need to refill more often than with larger models. Overall, this generator has proven strong, quiet, and dependable for real day to day situations. Even with the small downside, I would still buy it again with no hesitation.

This product is the best we ever invested in. Its quite and it works practically everywhere. I saw this product at a tailgate which someone had one watching television. We ask could we use it to warm food in a crock pot. It really came In handy.

I bought this generator after reviewing the ratings of other similar wattage machines. The ratings were favorable, but this has not been my experience with this unit or with the company. I used this generator for a one week camping trip with my travel trailer. I went through the proper break-in procedure, including the oil change. The generator worked fine during the trip, 12 hours run time, no issues... I came home and put the generator into storage, draining the carb and treating the fuel in the tank. Over the winter, the oil drain let loose, spilling half the oil contents into the bottom of the machine and onto my (climate controlled) basement floor. I contacted customer support and they directed me to the nearest service provider which they had a contract with. This was 35 miles away. I called this service place and they immediately informed me that they currently had a lawn mower there from this company which they had been waiting on parts for for over 5 months. Bad Omen. I didn't have a choice and dropped it off there. After 7 weeks, they had diagnosed the issue as a missing crush washer, and a misaligned oil filling tube. I told them the crush washer never existed on the unit when I got it (and did the oil change), but that seemed like an easy solution. They agreed, but said that the company did not have a crush washer to send for this unit and that the misaligned oil fill tube couldn't be fixed. They contacted the company and were told to give the the option of keeping the generator??? or receiving a refund. No brainer... I opted for the refund and the paper work was sent in by them. I was then contacted by Power Smart within 2 business days, which was fantastic, and told to send the original purchase receipt, which I did. I was then contacted by Power Smart telling me I would get a check sent to me... for 70% of the original price... So, for all my inconvenience with cleaning up an oil mess, driving out of my way, and then waiting, I'm rewarded with giving this company over $220.00 for my efforts! (this was the 30% difference which the company got to keep for selling me a defective generator unit). The contracted service center that I went to told me they have decided that working with this company is a true nightmare and will not be renewing their contract with Power Smart. No surprise there... So buyer beware.
