    • Easy assembly runs great
Received the snowblower very quickly instructions are ok, was able to assemble fairly quickly. after assembly it snowed the next day and was able to put to the test with a very wet snow. It handled it pretty good. The only negative so far is there are no hand warmers as in the description. Contacted the manufacturer with help from Amazon support they responded very quickly saying how sorry they were about no hand warmers the description on Amazon was clearly wrong and if I had bought it from one of their stores they would compensate with an exchange or rebate. So I contacted Amazon twice with no response still to this day, feeling a little deceived about not getting what was in the description. Not the manufacturer fault but an Amazon mistake which is still in the description so don’t expect hand warmers !! Otherwise happy with the machine so far less the hand warmers and some money back. Amazon probably won’t post this review but it is a good snow blower. ... show more

    • Great Snow Machine but damaged in shipping
I love the machine but gas cap was damaged in the shipping process. I would appreciate a new one as it was not my fault.

    • Love that it is self propelled
I liked that it was self propelled. Liked the lever to move the shoot left or right and also lever to move the shoot up and down to throw the snow. I was not impressed with how it looked when delivered from UPS. It was bent up in places and had to be bent back. Packaging could have been better.

Easy to put together! A couple missing nuts and bolts but nothing I didn’t already have on hand! Started up great. Can’t wait to use this winter!

I wanted to like this. However multiple issues have turned up. Some may be to shipping issues and some are bad engineering / manufacturing. The unit arrived and I didn't notice and real or put of the ordinary damage to the box. However after I pretty much got it assembled and went to put the skids on the front, I noticed it was bent. Annoyed at this, I chose to ignore it and tried to bend it straight. I also noticed the chute would not turn all the way. It hits the front intake. Maybe that was bent as well. Lastly and the biggest issue. Put gas and oil in it (because even though I was Annoyed with the other issues I could live with them) starred the unit, and found that the auger was not in the coupler! Nor due to the bends can I get it in the coupler. Tried calling the company. Was on hold for 15 minutes just to be placed in an endless loop before it finally hung up on me. Called back to find I was now 3 places in line behind where I was before being hung up on. Also dissapointments I am not seeing in the comments that I didn't realize. 1) the head light runs on 3 aaa batteries! Seriously, my 15 year old cub cadet has a headlight that runs off the engine. 2) the hand warmers. How on earth are plastic pieces hand warmers. There is no electric that goes to them. The only thing I can think of is they are insulators from the metal handle bars. That is not a warmer! 3) there is no engine throttle. It's either running or it isn't ... show more
