Problems with Electric start & plug.
#1 easy direction to setup. #2 first & still the battery is BAD. I started it with recoil pull so it runs. However I charged battery with the included charger for 72 hours, checking it every 24 hours. Used my trickle charger and lastly my car charger checking appropriately and no go. Tomorrow I will be contacting the appropriate department(s) for a new battery. #2 the connection from generator to the house did not match the direction guide. Since generator is for my disabled daughter I paid $40 for the right connector to the wired in unit. We'll see how they handle it. ... show more

Push button start does not work just received unit today
I was told by Generac I need to work thru Amazon to get this replaced, it’s a brand new unit I just received today. The push button start does to illuminate not start or stop the unit, only manual works. The battery has a 12.72 volt charge. The lcd shows 0 hours. The paperwork that came with the unit ( invoice) shows a different serial than what’s on the unit) make this right and replace this unit that I have had 6 hours! I want a new one shipped that works, Generac also mentioned it should be replaced but to work thru Amazon. ... show more
