Box seems to be high quality and nice. Paint is good and metal thickness is about 1/8 inch thick which is very nice. Lid rattles a bit when shut but that’s not a big deal for my application. Also box showed up damaged but tool box was fine inside. Other than that the gas strut is strong and overall am happy with my purchase. EDIT: after mounting the box I realized the right side would not latch due to the whole lid being off center. Also, the locking bar on the right side was to short and not bent enough. Had to weld a almost 1/4 inch of material onto the locking bar and bend it further. Now it latches but the lid is still not center and is damaging the paint every time I close it. This is unacceptable for the price but it will be to much of a hassle to return so I’m stuck with it. ... show more
