The first pair that I received was DOA. The battery would charge, but the button was frozen. It not only did not power up, but the button did not depress at all. The exchange was easy enough, though, and the replacement arrived within a week. That pair works quite well and the battery seems to be new, though third party. The last new pair of PowerBeats I bought was after they were discontinued from old stock... and that battery was weaker than the one in the refurb (but not as strong as when PowerBeats were current or newly manufactured). The mixed bag in the title is because the actual unit is pretty good with a decent battery, but the ear loops and silicone tips are third party. The loops are shorter and more elongated than the originals and, while they hold their position better than the original, they also put some pressure on the back of my ear and I end up fiddling every ten minutes or so to keep them from causing soreness. The tips are not as comfortable as the originals. In addition the winder plug is not included (not a big deal, but I do use that clip to shorten the wire a bit). If you are replacing a worn out set, then this is not a bad deal as while you are stuck with the loops, the rest can be swapped out. At least that's what I did. ... show more

This the worst device that I have ever bought. Is (REFURBISHED) the sound is awful . The cord is very sticky, so pull your ears when you turn your face.. I have an android phone and it doesn't say the remaining of the battery.. When I get into my card my phone get connected via Bluetooth.. But later my ear phones connect back again whit my cell. I'm trying to return them.. One girl (AMAZON EMPLOYEE) told me you can keep those and you will receive a refund on the next 10 days..(.I HAVEN'T ) I spoke whit another employee SHE TOLD ME THE OTHER EMPLOYEE SHE LIES TO ME.. I need to return them and after 10 day I will receive the refund .I said ok . She said it's going to send me the return label and she doesn't..😏 I don't know what's happening into AMAZON I had no issues like this before. By the way I'm a prime member..🙄 ... show more

My product looks perfect and when it works, it's great. But it keeps losing Bluetooth signal, about every 5-7 minutes and I have to forget the device and start all over again. It's actually very annoying so kudos for fast shipping but is there something to be done to fix this?

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this product for the gym ( I start July 1st so I’ll be back with an update ) & so far first glance it’s clean , good sound quality , nice bass , & the noise cancellation is the same to my other beats headphones ( the fit pro ones ) . It didn’t come with a charger but I don’t mind because it takes basic android chargers and I have so many of them . I was skeptical because of the mixed reviews but so far it’s good in my book !
