Description

PowerStop Performance Brake Calipers are made specifically with the enthusiast in mind. These calipers bolt directly in place of the stock calipers, and they look and perform great behind stock or custom wheels. The Caliper and the Bracket are remanufactured in our Chicago, IL facility and treated to a high- temperature red powder-coating. All new premium boots and seals are used, along with high-temperature silicone lubricant on the caliper pins for long life. Every caliper is expertly remanufactured, and lubricated with premium silicone lubrication providing smoother operation. All calipers are thoroughly inspected for quality and safety. Pressure tested to prevent leaks, and high temperature EPDM rubber for extended life. The easy to clean powder coating helps to resist rust and corrosion and extends the life of calipers. The color of the calipers is a nice touch and really stands out behind your wheels!

Took me a hot minute, but got these installed got rid of a bad grinding sound can't go wrong with this purchase, Don't forget to bleed the main cylinder, you'd be surprised after bleeding all sides.

    • Problem with part after 30 Days no way to Contact anybody?
Did not install these upon receipt but, during inspection everything looked good. Installation was done 33 days after i received items. Found that internal threads on one of the brake caliper bolts (pins) was stripped. It would neither tighten nor loosen. I installed "as is" because it is "just a Pin" and not a mounting bolt. However, if this bolt comes loose and the pin works its way out, there will be no brake on that side. All i really want is a new bolt & pin. I tried an email to power stop but no reply at this time ... show more

    • Surface rust behind pistons
Not sure where these guys are storing their calipers but man the insides of the calipers I had purchased were rusty Even after receiving a new set as the first ones were seized the new ones that came were also rusty inside behind the brake pistons.I polished up 2 of them on the inside and put them back together and never had anymore problems with sticky calipers. I ended up orderering a pair of callahans for the rear and had zero issues with them. ... show more
