I've been searching for a new foundation since mine was discontinued this past year (Lancome's Teint Miracle) and I finally found this! It's absolutely wonderful and everything I was looking for. 1). It blends easily and quickly, I have no time to be swirling/sponging/buffing out my foundation and I'm not sure I'd know how to even if I did. 2). The colors look natural with a similarly natural (not flat, not glittery) finish. I went with Neutral 1 & 2 and both are perfect depending on how much sun I've gotten lately. My complexion is hard to match. I am of Scots-Irish heritage, fair and freckled, with both warm and cool undertones. This neutral is a real neutral that works for me. Other brands (Urban Decay and Tarte come to mind) have no colors that I can wear, they all look yellow or pink next to my skin. 3). This offers a medium coverage to start, but can build to a fuller coverage to conceal flaws. One light application easily covers redness and evens tone, but is still natural looking and allows my freckles to shine through. This can also be mixed with a primer or serum to offer a more sheer coverage for days when you don't want to look like you're wearing makeup, but you want to look nice. 4). This does not crease under my eyes. 5). This wears all day long for me and still looks great at the end of the day. Granted I typically wear a primer and a little bit of setting spray, but I am also in a high humidity area where an average foundation can slide right off after 10 minutes outdoors. ... show more

*I have an oily t zone and dryness around my cheeks as well as acne prone skin. I have acne scars around my cheeks but don’t break out there, only on my chin now. I’m a Lancôme Teint Idole foundation stan for the past few years but wanted to find something a bit stronger for when I wear my mask. I usually don’t wear makeup under my mask but certain situations yield taking it off in public and I want some coverage for my tone and acne scars. Sadly, even with extra steps like putting setting powder on top of moisturizer, then primer, then setting spray, etc, it still didn’t pass the mask test. I’m still figuring out the best method but so far, this comes off embarrassingly in a huge patch on my nose and around my cheeks and chin. My friend asked what happened bc it looked weird lol. This is probably only a problem for my super oily/combo skin folks! When there’s NO mask involved, like if you’re working/virtual school from home, it is pretty amazing. I was kind of blown away that my skin could look this good. I have large pores and textured skin but this felt really soft and had great staying power. Even after a few hours, I was only a little shiny instead of my usual extra shiny nose lol. The shade is a little hard to match, I think I went a little too yellow on mine. It might be that it oxidized but it’s hard to tell. If you’re wondering what shade to go, it doesn’t hurt to go one shade up and use bronzer on your jawline to blend it out. ... show more

Ok, I only bought this because it was a cyber Monday deal! Under $8! I’m super thrifty when it comes to make up because I’d rather spend more money on my actual skin care. I’m 40ish and have some old scars on my face from popping pimples. My complexion is combination. Oilier on my t-zone and sometimes my cheeks get dry. So, this covers good. I mean it’s not full coverage but maybe it’s build able. BUT, my older, problematic skin friends is that it made my skin appear horribly textured. My skin is fairly smooth but this foundation did me an injustice! My face was moisturized and primed like I always do. This just didn’t agree with me. It's great. The only down fall is if you don't put it on fast enough it will dry on you and can cake in your line/wrinkle areas BUT I've noticed if I use my organic coconut oil as lotion and let that soak into my skin then apply the cover up it works great and won't cake.
