Very handy tool set
This little gem has come in handy and paid for itself 50x over by saving me costly repair bills. Because it's compact, I keep it in my truck so it's always available wherever I might need it, without taking up cargo space. I have used it for changing a car battery, installing running boards and other interior and exterior accessories on vehicles, and countless home installations, ready-to-assemble furniture, and other fix-it jobs. While the tools are "stubby" they're very sturdy and comfortable and their smaller size allows for use in tight places other tools wouldn't fit. Can't be without this! ... show more

Excellent Starter Set
I really liked this starter-set for my neighbor kid who shows an amazing propensity for learning and investigation of how things work. The short handles and compactness of the tools fit this 5 year old perfectly. This is no toy, nor do I think it was appropriate for children in general. But this kid is exceptional and will use them under parental supervision. Regardless, the tools were of adequate quality for their intended use and were well received! ... show more

Damaged in shipping
Item arrived in timely manner, but damaged. A plastic "nub" that acts as a hinge point for the lid broke off during shipping. It was an easy fix with plastic glue. It was easier to fix the case than request a replacement. The tool kit was shipped with bubble packing and the tools and the case seem sturdy despite the breakage. It is meant as an emergency tool kit for my car, so I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. Star rating for overall status: 3/5 for light damage only ... show more

Cheaply made tools
I don’t like writing reviews like this but this product is just bad. The sockets haven’t been properly deburred and are very rough meaning it will scratch anything you are trying to tighten. The tools also feel very cheaply made and will not last very long before breaking.

It is my "go to" tool kit!
If I have a job to do then this kit and my battery powered drill/screwdriver is what I usually grab.

Nice and compact
Good set to keep in the truck...the lid was cracked in half but I glued it back together.
