I was searching for a replacement cord for my Anna Griffin Empress machine. When I searcheed Amazon, this was the recommended one. The picture shows the cord with the two connectors, but the one that I received only had one connector, and the Empress needs two. That is false advertising. I bought my Cricut Explorer from a co-worker who had been lending it out to others to see if they liked the craft. Eventually I bought the machine and the only problem I’ve had is with the cord. Since the machine was basically used as a traveling machine the cord had been wound and un-wound so many times it was starting to randomly stop. I was happy to find this replacement cord with the same specs as the original, 18V/2.5A, because I noticed some cords were 3A. It was a little challenging to plug the AC cord into the power supply but eventually got it plugged in with a rolling type of motion. Purchased this for a sound bar that needed a new power cord. The 18V 2.5A power cord was the perfect replacement for our Insignia sound bar. We searched for several days to find the exact voltage and amps for the sound bar. The power cord is well made and is about 6 feet long and it should last for years of use. We would have liked if they offered the cord in black also. We have been using the cord for about 3 weeks now and it has work great.
