This lock requires you to download an appbthwt asks for a lot of permissions including location, for no apparent reason. And then when you go to add fingerprints it will walk you through the first fingerprint, get to the last step and fail. When you try again or try a different finger it just fails instantly without even trying. Impossible to use. Would not recommend ... show more

Received my lock on time, it has a nice way to it and is an attractive lock on the front of my wood cabinet. It was relatively easy to install, everything‘s in millimeters and of course I have standard bits. Need to recess around the front base of the unit on uneven wood surface, used a forester bit, don’t recall what size, but it worked well. my only complaint is that I can train it to recognize my thumbprint and it seems to work OK until a day or two later and it will not open with the fingerprint. If it wasn’t for the app being unable to unlock the lock, I wouldn’t be able to get into my cabinet. It has been frustrating, but I wouldn’t return the lock as now I’ve created a new hole in the front of my furniture. ... show more
