The media could not be loaded. Adorable little ball track toy! My kittens and cats are enjoying playing with it. The included video shows an 8 week old kitten playing with it. 2 full grown cats walk by which gives size perspective of the ball track. It’s easy to put together, just snap the middle to the bottom, the top to the middle & the star into the top. Instructions with images are on the box. It includes two balls - one with a bell & one that lights up - on their own separate tracks, a catnip ball that hides under the top part of the tree, and of course the star on top which is an unexpected hit with the kittens who like chewing on it. It also comes with a replacement catnip ball & a tool that pops the top open to replace it. Instructions for that are also on the box - I cut that part out and stuck it in the zip bag the ball & tool came in because I will forget by the time I remember to replace it. One more item that comes with this is a double sided sticky pad you attach to the underside, and then to whatever surface you want it on. This toy is very lightweight, a kitten can and will knock it over, so sticking it is probably a good idea. I didn’t want to stick it to my floor so it’s moving around in the video. I’ll most likely attach it to a cat tree that has a wooden base.

When they said mini, they definitely meant it. It's maybe 6-8 inches tall. It comes with a catnip ball on top (under the star) to help attract the cats to it. The top tier ball lights up, but it has to be thumped pretty good to do so. The bottom ball has a bell in it. It's made of hard plastic and comes with a sticky pad to stick it to surfaces. I didn't do that because I don't trust adhesive things to come off easily. My cat seems somewhat amused by it and I'm highly surprised she's not started rolling the entire christmas tree around the house. If you have more rambunctious cats, I can easily see them rolling the entire tree around the home. This makes more of a cute themed cat toy to have out at christmas time than it does an actual legitimate cat toy.

This small 2 tier ball track cat toy is a delightful addition to any kitten’s playtime, especially with its festive Christmas feel. At just 5.5 inches, it’s perfectly sized for smaller cats, making it more suitable for kittens rather than adult cats. My kitties were initially intrigued, but their interest waned after just a few minutes. Additionally, we encountered an issue with the light-up ball, which was defective upon arrival. We had to pry it open to reattach the battery so that it would light up. Despite these setbacks, this cute toy seems like it would provide some physical exercise and entertainment for smaller cats and kittens.

It’s always a treat to find a toy that my cat absolutely loves, and tree did not disappoint! From the moment I set it down, my cat was immediately drawn to the colorful, spinning balls on the two-level roller turntable. She bats at them nonstop, and the catnip on top adds an extra level of excitement that keeps her engaged. I also love how compact and adorable this toy is—it doesn’t take up much space but provides endless fun. It’s well-made, sturdy, and perfect for indoor play, keeping my cat entertained and active. This came in a little box apart, but it was easy to put together. I had to look on the box for the instructions. It did say it was 5.5 inches tall, but it does look small. Perhaps a small kitten would love to play with it. Sadly, our cat was happy when the box came and I was putting it together, but didn't want to play with it. She did bat the catnip ball around for a few minutes, but that was it. It is cute and even comes with an extra catnip ball. The family will light up the one ball sometimes as we walk by, but the cat basically ignores it. I thought perhaps the different balls with it or the catnip might interest her. As for the actual toy, other than it being a mini like it said it was, if someone's cat plays with toys more or likes catnip, I think it would be fine. I rated it 3 stars basically because our cat didn't like it.

I gave my cat to my MIL since she recently lost hers and is too old to care for a kitten or puppy. I was concerned about the cat adapting to the new environment but he adjusted fairly well. It was then a concern that he was going to miss his "brothers" even though he was kind of a loner. I don't know if it was the new environment or if it was this toy but he loves playing with it. I visit almost every day and all but once, he was either playing with it or laying beside it. I consider that well worth the money.
