I have 2 cats, a 4 month old kitten and a very senior 19 yo cat. My older cat has never been one for catnip, the kitten does. I had bought the silvervine, gall fruit and catnip balls (that stick to the walls) and the kitten really loves them, so I thought I'd buy something else from this seller along the same lines. I thought it'd be something to keep the kitten entertained and maybe she'd leave the other animals alone (we also have a 2 yo and a 4 yo male guinea pigs). (She wants to play with everyone and doesn't understand why they don't want to play with her, she doesn't understand difference in species She was guinea pig size when she walked confidently in the door!) I gave her a stick and my senior cat one. They BOTH started showing interest in them!!!! They were licking, rubbing and chewing on these and then everything around them! My older cat returned to her bed and the kitten started loving all over me and then curled up on my lap for a nap (this is the same reaction she had had to the silvervine catnip balls). I believe I read somewhere online that guinea pigs can also have these, because they're non-toxic and in the catnip family. I may try it on them and see if all my animals will just start singing kumbaya and get along!!!🤣🤞 ... show more

This is the first cat I've adopted that doesn't respond with that same "craziness" to catnip, so I started looking at silvervine. These sticks were an INSTANT hit! He plays with it for way longer than he does his other toys, which is huge, as it's a bit of a struggle to keep him engaged usually. He loves the crinkle of the raffia, and the jute string around the stick helps him grab it and fling it around. It's his birthday in a couple weeks, but I thought I'd spring a little early with these, and I am so glad I did. Definitely will be back for more once these ones are destroyed, lol. ... show more

Got this and 2 catnip toys for my cats for their Christmas stocking. My boy is obsessed with this thing! I have never seen him get so excited. He chews all over it and just loves it to death. My girl could care less and was very pleased to have the 2 catnip toys since the boys won't let this out of his site. It is holding up really well so far. These were the best purchase! My cat who has the attention span of a take the fly played with these for almost 30 minutes. That's HOURS in a cats life. There is a danger if you try to take them away and the after effects can be damaging with the ensuing zoomies. Great purchase!

I got this because one of my cats loved a silvervine witch broom I got with a Halloween Meowbox. Moony loves these almost more, and now two of my other cats, Padfoot and Dean, also play and chomp on these. My adult cats treat this stick as a toy to bat around and attack. They didn't use it once and lose interest like a lot of toys. This is a repeat toy. The string falls off after a while but they still like it. 3 per pack.

The media could not be loaded. They love chewing and licking it. The twine prevents the bark from flaking off, so it's a lot more durable than alternative. The treat ball on it hasn't been touched, that might not do anything. I'm buying more for backups, these work as distractions when my food addicts are begging at the table ... show more
