Sitting for a long time at work can make my back a bit hunched, so I decided to try this back support. When I got it, I found the material comfy and friendly to my skin, with nice attention to detail. It's comfy even when I wear it directly on my skin. The size of the back support can be adjusted, and I always tighten it to feel the support on my back, which helps me sit up straighter. Wearing it, I can't slouch, but even wearing it all day, I don't feel tired or uncomfortable. Instead, it makes my back and waist feel much more relaxed.

I’m a habitual sloucher, and the older I get, the more I worry about how much my posture is hurting my back. This harness does a pretty good job of helping me to sit up straight -- it pulls my shoulders back and reminds me that I shouldn’t be slouching. It doesn’t really “force” you to sit straight, but it’s firm enough that it makes it slightly uncomfortable to slouch. It’s not quite small enough for me to wear comfortably under an everyday T-shirt, but I can hide it under a sweater easily if I’m outside of the house. I did find it hard to use while driving though -- it limited my arm movement enough that I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it behind the wheel.
