This is much easier to put on than other posture correctors. You just slide your arms in and then adjust the velcro on the should and the waist. I will say it definitely makes me sit up straight while at the computer or watching TV. I would not say that you would wear it out doing errands, as it is only comfortable over clothing and not under clothing. The instructions say not to wear it on direct skin likely because it will chafe. But over clothing it's fine and you don't feel uncomfortable at all. It would just look super weird wearing it in public. The instructions say to slowly wean yourself up, so only start with wearing it an hour, and I definitely see a difference.
