The edges dig into skin like razor blades. Followed sizing chart but the straps cut off circulation within minutes. My daughter cried until we removed it. 0/10 for "ergonomic design" - it's medieval torture disguised as healthcare.

Just what I needed. Fits nice, adjustable, supportive, but it smells so bad. I don't know what these braces are made of, but I bought a different back brace last year and sent it back because of the smell. This one fits me fine, it seems to help. Can't say whether this support is any good, due to lack of instructions. You get a tiny piece of paper with impossible to read print. There is the option to download an app, which is more trouble than it's worth.

If you need, this back support has additional straps. It is elastic and resilient. It's easy to put on, but I think the back panel is not strong enough to provide sufficient support.

    • Too Much Pressure on Bottom of Neck
The brace may be fine for many, but it didn't work for me because the top of the back of the base presses firmly right on the bottom of the cervical spine, which is the area of my body that has pain. It's not possible to adjust this. I'll just find another model that doesn't press on that area (it appears many don't), but otherwise, this appeared to be a function and easy item to wear. ... show more
