I purchased the VOKOKOYA Posture Corrector to help improve my posture, and while it does its job, it’s not always the most comfortable to wear for extended periods. The brace is adjustable, which is great for getting a snug fit, but at times it feels a bit bulky and difficult to keep in place for long hours. I’ve noticed an improvement in my posture, especially while sitting at my desk, so it does work as advertised. However, it takes some getting used to, and I find that I can’t wear it for a whole day without feeling a bit uncomfortable. It’s great for short sessions to help remind me to sit or stand up straight. Overall, I think it's a useful tool if you need to correct your posture, but if comfort is a priority, you might want to consider wearing it in shorter intervals.

This the best shoulder support I have used. I have tried multiple shoulder supports and this by far is the best. The other supports come under my armpits and can get uncomfortable not to mention stinky, especially if you wear it during workouts. This support crosses on your back and goes over the shoulders making it much more comfortable. Since it doesn.t go under my armpits it doesn't get the sweat from my arm pits.

I'm 81 and have developed that jumped over, old lady walk. I bought this to help strengthen my chest muscles. The instructions recommended wearing this for 1-2 hours at first. I have followed that suggestion. What I find interesting is after I take the "brace" off I'm more aware of my slouching. I have tightened the straps once in 2 -3 weeks. It's not difficult to put on by myself. It's not hot. I can tell it is also helping my hip alignment too.
