This is an excellent posture corrector and I’m very happy with my purchase. I sit at the computer all day for my job and I was starting to get back pain so I looked into one of these and ended up going with this one because it seemed like a great value! I was right! Wearing this thing, I no longer experience back pain while at my computer. My goal is to wear this daily so I can build up the core strength to finally sit right at my desk. I also want to say that the seller was very nice for sending a hand written note thanking me for my purchase. I thought it was a very nice gesture. My husband has been in a lot of pain for 5 days, and has been having to walk hunched over. I got him a brace from the grocery store pharmacy, and it was unhelpful. I ordered this one for overnight delivery. I could immediately tell it was of a much better quality than the 1st one I had purchased. It has so much support and structure, and wider in the back. My husband is very wide shouldered, and 150 pounds, I got a size L. It fits him nicely. I couldn't believe it. As soon as he put it on, he was able to stand up normally and walk normally. The counter-pressure it provided in his back alleviated his pain. We are waiting for his upcoming appointment with a spine specialist to get to the root of problem, but in the meantime, at least now he can function. ... show more

I've been using this back brace for a few weeks now, and while it doesn't miraculously cure my chronic low back pain, I've found it to be very helpful. I wear it for a few hours every day and feel that between wearing it and stretching my back multiple times a day to increase circulation, the pain is slowly improving. I had a sizing issue and the customer service absolutely wowed me. They asked me for my true waist size, which I gave them, and they said that due to my body type (much smaller waist than hips), the L was the right size. They didn't even ask me to comment or do anything, but I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service and let others who are nervous about sizing know about my experience. I have periodic back pain that is getting worse. Usually my symptoms last a few days. But lately, the symptoms have been lasting longer, and my normal back exercises, ice packs, and painkillers haven't solved the problem. It doesn't help that I'm sitting at work for longer periods of time than I used to. Every time I got up from my chair, I noticed pain in my lower back. What was really bothering me was the back pain, which prevented me from playing golf. I started wearing it at work and the pain quickly subsided. After sitting for an hour I now have no back pain when I stand up. I tried playing golf with it on and it didn't hurt at all, so I went out and played 18 holes with it on with no problems at all. I wore it the first two times and then I didn't need it because the pain subsided on its own. I still wear it at work just in case because I sit a lot, other than that I don't need it. I’ve had other back support/posture correctors because I hunch a lot. Spending so many hours in my work desk I don’t realize I’m doing it and it obviously has caused me some shoulder/back/neck pain. This particular posture corrector feels lightweight, and it’s simple design makes it easy to put on/take off. I followed the instructions and started using it only for a short time, and worked my way up to longer periods of time. Now that I wear it for the most part of my work schedule, I have seen a difference rven when taking it off! Definitely more affordable and better quality than the more expensive ones that were bulkier and less comfortable to wear. I have had a herniated disc in my lower back for 35 years. I've been doing back strengthening exercises almost every day using the back stretching machine at the gym and have had little trouble as a result. Recently, however, while helping my disabled adult son with surgery, my back was not very comfortable despite the exercises. I bought this back brace which I wear only a few times a day while helping my son. It definitely helps. It won't make your back stronger, but it does help you remember to move and lift the right way so you can avoid more back pain. I'm pretty short if I want to wear a brace all day, but this size L back support fits me pretty snugly around my lower back. But a couple of times a day, for about an hour at a time, I like to grow it over my torso. It gives me better support. ... show more

I’ve bought two already I gave both previous ones to my parents. They really do make a difference the first time you put it on. I tend to run or play sports with it on because it helps my whole body form stay corrected even when I’m finished with my activities I still feel active and not tired. For sure the results show, because I sometimes don’t grab last minute when I have football games, but it definitely shows because my should blades stay relax and don’t sore up. Pros: Great durability, very Responsive feel, easy to use Cons: None( but just don’t over tighten it). You simply want it to compress, but not too tight. Difference in preference for everyone of course. You might see results instantly, however some may take a bit more consistency to see results. ... show more
