Don’t buy this thing unless you have a 2 year old driving it, my 4 year old grandson drove it for 2 minutes and was done with it. I knew as soon as he took off in it was garbage, he can walk faster the this thing goes. No way a 8 year old would be able to have fun or fit in this thing! I would give it 0 stars if I could! Complete waste of money!

How long should I let it charge for the 1st time, its been on the charger for 2 hours and its on green, the manual says charge it for 10 to 12 hours

I bought this for my daughter when she was 2.5 years old. I wanted something with some power and had a lot of features a little kid would love. That being said, this thing is ridiculously fast and pretty awesome for a little kid to drive. The battery lasts a long time and it can drive on a lot of terrain. I had to wait a few months for her to be able to handle being in it though. In 2 wheel drive it is still fast and stops fairly decent. In 4 wheel drive though, it is fast and stopping is rather harsh. Almost whiplash harsh. But it is fun. Has music, headlights, and is very well built. We've had it over a year and it still runs great.

The assembly was very easy, much easier than what I was expecting. The remote control that comes with the car works very well. It has great proximity range for you to take control if the situation arises. Battery life is great, it lasts for neighborhood rides that can last 30 minutes and it is still going. It does well on all terrain but can struggle with inclines in healthy or wet grass. The Bluetooth works great and the sounds it makes on startup gets the kiddo smiling big. Happy with the product. Will update review at 6 month mark. One year update- This thing is still running strong! It gets used everyday unless it is super cold outside. I have not had any problems with it. It is definitely recommended by me if your on the fence about it.
