Totally love this cart. I got it because I umpire softball and when I travel do so with a 10lb service dog as well. On average from the parking lot to the fields can be 200-500 yards. He rids on my rolling gear bag and his stuff it's in my bag, but carry hanging clothes that far in addition is no fun. If I need a chair or have anything else extra it's a second trip. Major advantage to this cart is the fact it's 36" tall, that means the handle extends much farther than traditional carts which seem to always be around my knees. Fully extended it's approx 4ft from the ground. I find that it doesn't steer well without extending the handle, however, if I'm just walking straight line down sidewalk, I often find I just hold the edge of the frame. It is almost waist height, average person under 6ft tall it is more or less waist height. Wheels are great across grass, have to watch them going from parking lot to sidewalk as sometimes they get stuck and want to turn sideways and then won't roll. I love that my gear bag slides right in on the bottom, I can even close the flap back up with my bag on the bottom. However I quickly discovered if my bag is in the top it can remain there and I can get to everything in it throughout the day without constantly having to go up and down to ground level, it's 3 ft off the ground. Plus all my stuff stays confined so if I have the very last game of the day I don't get rushed out and hassled with the hurry up get my bag packed because it's contained in my cart and I can roll it it to the car without packing my bag. My only complaint is that my 36" drop bottom rolling bag doesn't fit inside the area on the top. The difference between the enclosed canvas on both ends, all sides, vs the mesh on the bottom coupled with the metal frame on all 4 sides on the top leaves the interior dimensions on the top closer to 34/35". It works, but is funky. Not sure long term effects on my bag, however if my bag was fully in the basket I couldn't access the bottom section. May see about finding a piece of board that I can cut and use as a cover to place on top. That would make it a triple decker then. Absolutely would purchase again, even knowing my gear bag doesn't really fit in the top for same intended use. Being almost 6.5 ft tall, the additional height of this cart makes this cart actually usable because it's pullable without being awkward.

Love it! We mainly used it for our senior standard poodle during her last couple of months. She tired easily so it was a way to enjoy a longer walk with us and perfect for Farmers market since dogs had to be carried in certain areas. Worked great for carrying bunch of things to a few parties

I help coach my daughters softball team and have a lot of stuff to carry, not to mention chairs, ezups, and umbrellas for the rest of my family. This wagon holds it all with plenty of space. I upgraded from a smaller double deck wagon and it was well worth it on prime day. It folds up smaller than my smaller double decker wagon and is easy to pull on grass and paved roads. The 1 star deduction was for the one time I took it to the beach. It does not roll through sand very well at all. I had to pull from the handle and my son pushed from the back to get it to go. The wheels didn't get buried, but basically had to glide through the sand. Overall I would recommend for grass and paved roads, look elsewhere if you need to use it on sand.

Haven’t used it on the beach yet but this cart WORKS! Dorm room items were so much easier to get from the parking lot to the dorm with less trips. Carrying heavy items from my apartment to the garage that’s very far away makes it great for daily use. I’d love it if it folded smaller to store in my car without taking up so much of the trunk space. But it’s sturdy and extremely useful. Having 2 tiers is also great.
