This machine is awesome. It is completely 100% automatic. All you have to do is hook it to your sink and turn the water on and set your washing mode and the machine doesn’t all. It drains perfectly into the sink no need for buckets. I love this machine and the design is modern and very European. This portable washing machine is truly amazing. My first washing machine was a small twin-tub model that I purchased during COVID. While it served my family well, it required multiple small loads and manual transferring of clothes to the spinner, which was time-consuming. This new machine is a complete game changer—truly set it and forget it. It arrived within one week of ordering and included all the necessary accessories to easily connect it to my kitchen sink. For my first load, I washed my son’s winter coat along with a few shirts, and the results exceeded my expectations. The machine is very user-friendly. The controls are clearly labeled on the unit, and the included instruction booklet does an excellent job explaining each setting, including water levels and wash programs. With just a few taps, I selected my settings, added a small amount of detergent, turned on the water, and went about my day. Once the wash cycle was complete, I selected the air-dry option, and the clothes came out nearly dry. I was incredibly impressed. This machine has already saved me close to $200 in laundry service fees, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I replaced my semiautomatic washing machine with this. Loved my semi-automatic also but kept forgetting to change cycles. This is much heavier than my semi automatic but I purchased wheels for it so that is now a non-issue. My clothes get clean and the spin cycle almost gets them dry. Its a nice little machine. I gave it one star because the motor seems powerful for the size. BUT... it leaves all of the lint on whatever is being washed. Does not filter anything and everything is set up properly and no blockages at all. It also does not spin the water out of the clothing like my Giantex does. There is a bolt with edges sharp enough that will ruin some of your close by snagging it. The clothing stays too wet when it's finished. I sent all proof that Borcolo asked so I can return this and still waiting. I rather toss it in the trash. That's how much I dislike it. ... show more

9 months in and three to four loads per week and no issues. Perfect for a single or couple. I have mine on a four wheel dolly and roll it into the bathroom. Water from the sink and waste water in the toilet. Full set of queen size sheets fit just fine. Great spin cycle.

A nice washer it was fairly large and had lots of settings. Unfortunately it kept throwing a E2 error code right after we got it which kept saying something was clogged but it was brand new. Shortly after that it started leaking water and eventually the water leak was so bad that we returned it and this was all within one month of having it. ... show more
