4 years ago, I moved to an apartment with no washer or dryer, and I didn't last long before looking into a solution for the major headache laundry had now become. Everywhere I looked, I saw recommendations for this washer. I was as nervous as any rational person would be, buying a $300 Chinese washer from Amazon, but decided to bite the bullet since other options seemed like such a hassle. Well, after 3 years of use, I can say this thing has paid for itself in both time and money countless times! Laundry day looks like this: I pull the washer a few feet into position near the bathtub (no extra rolly cart needed in my case; it slides well enough on linoleum). I plug in the power cord, attach the faucet hose, and hang the water outlet hose in the tub. I press 3 buttons to start it, and turn on the water. Then I just sit nearby and read a book to make sure it doesn't flood my apartment (hasn't happened yet). 25 minutes later, I have clean clothes. You would not believe how brown the water is after the first rinse compared to the second...this thing seriously works, and it's so efficient, I've only needed to buy a few bottles of laundry detergent! And it just keeps going. The spin cycle is powerful and clothes are only damp in the end, so drying takes less than 2 days. The drum has gotten a little noisier over time, but considering I overload it almost every time, I'm not surprised. Nothing bad has come of that yet, though. It can take some abuse! I was a little worried about the effect the backpressure would have on the pipes of a house built in the 1800s, but I have yet to have any issues there. If you have the same worry, you can easily eliminate most of the pressure by turning off the faucet it's connected to once the washer stops filling. I've forgotten to do it many times and haven't had a problem. 10/10, best tiny washer, couldn't ask for better. EDIT: Year 4 update, the hinge on the lid finally broke like another reviewer's. This seems to be a weak point - the hinge mechanism is held onto the lid by thin plastic that's bound to break after repeated stress of opening and closing the lid. Definitely be gentle with it! The machine detects if the lid is open and won't run if it is, so it could become unusable. Mine still works for now, so I'll see how long it lasts. I'm still happy with this machine and would buy another when it dies; it's more than paid for itself in dollars and hours spent at the laundromat.

Love this washer. I was looking for an affordable alternative to using the expensive laundry room in my apartment building that could still handle a decently sized load of laundry and this is perfect for it! Things of note: - Capacity: Big enough to handle a light queen sized throw (picture attached for visualization) or a set of full sized bed sheets (cling, flat, and two pillowcases). That's about the max capacity though. - Noise level: It's about the same volume as a regular washer. The only thing I dislike in terms of volume is how loudly is beeps when it's done or if the load is unbalanced. It's quite shrill and lasts much longer than necessary. - Maneuverability: It could be better. The two wheels are sufficient for short distance from the corner of my kitchen to the sink, but I am afraid that I'll drop it each time I tilt it given its weight. I plan to get a four wheeled roller to put the washer on, but even with that added expense, this washer is still worth it. - Usability: It's great! Hook up is easy and always goes smoothly. Just attach the adapter and hose to your faucet, attach hose to the machine input, turn the cold water on, and select your program. It'll fill and drain based on whichever one you choose. The programs are pretty intuitive and it comes with direction if you do need them. - Size: It's about the size I would expect for the capacity size of the washer and it works well enough in a small apartment. I keep it in the corner of the kitchen and its out of the way until I need it. The dimensions are about 19x19x32 from some quick measurements I took. - Spinning out water: It gets the majority of the water out, to the point things are only marginally damp and will air dry completely within a few hours. Overall this washer is perfect for the small apartment lifestyle. It does what it needs to do and it seems much more durable that many other small washers on the market. It's also well made and seems like it will last for a long time. Can't recommend it enough!
