    • Disappointed
Had high hopes for this little washer. There are a couple of things that keep it in my closet wondering what to do with it now. First, it is louder than anticipated. Second and most importantly, when using the spin feature with the smallest of items, the basket flies off the base and I have to shut it off as it bounces around in the bucket. Every single time. ... show more

    • NOT as good as what I was hoping for
This washes okay when the basket stays attached where it should. The wash cycle spins around and not alternating. The spin cycle leaves a lot to be desired since it wrings out okay. I could also do that by hand or run a rinse and spin through my front load machine. I found this to be a waste of my time and returned it. ... show more

    • For those small loads
I like to wash the clothes I wear every day as soon as I change for the evening. I have a conventional washer and dryer set that I don't use anymore since I got a twin tub mini washing machine, which I don't use anymore either. The twin tub mini washer turned out to be awkward. It did a fine job; it was Just too big for the bathroom. The 20L portable washing machine is what turned out to be perfect for my small loads. Plus, it folds down and stores UNDER MY SINK! It does a good job and costs way less to buy than the twin tub and less energy to operate than my big conventional set. ... show more

    • Waste of money, don’t buy it!
It didn’t wash well and the spin function didn’t work at all. The spin basket came loose every time I tried it. At first I thought maybe I had overfilled it and that made it come loose. I removed half of my items and tried again. It came loose and rattled around again. Tried only two items to make sure it wasn’t off-balance, same thing. Finally tried it empty and it still came free. Waste of money. I’m returning it. I’ll just hand wash items. ... show more

    • Disappointed with the Quality
I was really excited to try this mini laundry machine, but it hasn’t lived up to my expectations. It makes a strange noise during operation, which is both distracting and a little concerning. Overall, the build quality feels flimsy and cheaply made — not what I expected for the price. I wanted to love this product, but between the noise issue and the questionable durability, I can’t confidently recommend it. ... show more

    • Cute, not fully perfect
I like the size and weighs almost nothing. I like the convenience of the item. However the basket doesn't stay and it's super noisy when it's in but overall it's decent for what I need.

    • Washer works spin dryer doesn’t.
The wash function is passable and I would have kept of the spin function worked but the basket that you click inside takes only two pairs of socks, after you hear it click down, to detach itself and spiral around the basket. For that I’m returning. These over the top reviews are puzzling.
