I love this washing machine. The size is great for the amount of laundry that I have. The only issue that I have is if I’m washing heavy items like jeans or towels, sometimes I have to run it through another spin cycle. Other than that I recommend this washing machine.

I must have received a Defective unit first off the adapter to the sink was spraying from the top and bottom and middle was leaking and spraying water and it was correctly on as I tested it I have had a portable washer before and it never did this or did I ever have all the problems I had with this machine I shipped it back the next morning!! I started it it turned for one time and then it stopped and it never turned it just filled with water and set the spin cycle worked so I was able to drain the water out I reset it unplugged it tried it again and this time it didn't turn or do anything and then I felt water on the floor and it had leaked all under underneath the unit as well and it was leveled it was a nightmare to clean up not to mention I had to re-box it and send it back and I'm still waiting for my refund it was such a hassle and a pain I'm going to buy a well no quality brand even though it cost twice as much it'll be worth it not to have all the problems I had it was such a nightmare! The unit is soft looked really nice and I had high expectations for it it was very disappointing and all the work I had to do and I'm still waiting for my refund to continue processing they've been taking a long time refunding me hopefully soon it goes through. It was also a stain on the outside of the unit when I got it where the gray is it had a couple of spots but I was going to keep it anyways I think it may have been returned one either way it was defective!

Order placed August 10, 2025 Delivered August 13 Don’t want to exaggerate here, but feels like a “real” washing machine. Hook it up to the faucet, turn the faucet on. Press the on button, add clothes, add washer balls (yes this works GREAT with non chemical washer balls!) press the start button, and 47 min later, it beeps to say it’s done. It washes the clothes very well, leaving them looking and smelling fresh and clean. My husband chose this one. I chose another washer. I returned the other one. This one is a keeper. Small, compact, but washes a full load with little effort.

Absolutely love it !!! I can do all my clothes blankets my daughters stuffed animals!!! It’s super light and compact and fits in the smallest of places!!! Definitely recommend to anyone living in smaller places works like a charm!! I can run it all night long while my toddler sleeps and it’s so quiet!!! The quality of the clothes is fantastic laundry comes out smelling clean and amazing each time and touch stains are no match for this machine!

I reached out to the email provided by Amazon customer service, hoping to simply get a replacement hose—but after 7 days, no response at all from the company. I didn’t want a refund, just the part to fix it. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to get a refund for the whole unit and buy a new one. Disappointing experience for something that should’ve been an easy fix. I have not done laundry every day of the month there is no reason it should have been broke before 30 days of having it in my possession.
