The media could not be loaded. I love it! I bought this to take with me when I travel south for the winter, for use in my travel trailer. I had been using a different type, with two separate tubs that I had to do a lot of the work. With this model I have the convenience of a regular washing machine in a small, portable size. I have a full load in the machine now and it's working as well as my home machine. It will easily fit inside the shower in my trailer. For those of you who do want to use it while traveling, you will most likely need a 3/4 to 1/2 reducer for the input hose to fit with your shower hose. It's not too heavy, so I can easily take it inside the trailer, then back outside to the shed. And it's quiet too. I sure wish I had found this model first! Definitely recommend this.

I must have received a Defective unit first off the adapter to the sink was spraying from the top and bottom and middle was leaking and spraying water and it was correctly on as I tested it I have had a portable washer before and it never did this or did I ever have all the problems I had with this machine I shipped it back the next morning!! I started it it turned for one time and then it stopped and it never turned it just filled with water and set the spin cycle worked so I was able to drain the water out I reset it unplugged it tried it again and this time it didn't turn or do anything and then I felt water on the floor and it had leaked all under underneath the unit as well and it was leveled it was a nightmare to clean up not to mention I had to re-box it and send it back and I'm still waiting for my refund it was such a hassle and a pain I'm going to buy a well no quality brand even though it cost twice as much it'll be worth it not to have all the problems I had it was such a nightmare! The unit is soft looked really nice and I had high expectations for it it was very disappointing and all the work I had to do and I'm still waiting for my refund to continue processing they've been taking a long time refunding me hopefully soon it goes through. It was also a stain on the outside of the unit when I got it where the gray is it had a couple of spots but I was going to keep it anyways I think it may have been returned one either way it was defective!

I ordered this because we live in a small cabin off grid. It works quietly and runs smoothly very happy with the way the clothes came out it’s a perfect portable washing machine. Has a good sized tub. Only around 50lbs so easy to move to the sink to fill with water and then store it for next time. I used a generator for the power source it carried it easily. It was easily programmed pretty much self explanatory. I give it 5 stars. I wish it had more stars available I’d give it a 10 for how good it cleaned the clothes.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This washer has a fairly large capacity for a portable apartment size. It could be used to wash bed sheets. I had a similar washer with a smaller capacity but I constantly overloaded it which, after two years, broke it. This one is much more powerful, cleans better, and can take more than twice the load but still has a similar, albeit just a couple inches wider, footprint.

I reached out to the email provided by Amazon customer service, hoping to simply get a replacement hose—but after 7 days, no response at all from the company. I didn’t want a refund, just the part to fix it. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to get a refund for the whole unit and buy a new one. Disappointing experience for something that should’ve been an easy fix. I have not done laundry every day of the month there is no reason it should have been broke before 30 days of having it in my possession.
