I've been reading all these wonderful reviews on installation. Well I'm here to say I paid less for flooring from Home Depot and never had the problems we're having with these. Most of them are not going in easy, and we've had several that were damaged, and somewhere the ends are peeled up (like poorly made that the actual top layer would do that. No way to apply glue to it either. I ordered 9 boxes and for almost $900 I'm disappointed in the performance and easy of installation. I'm still hoping if we need those damaged planks that the company will replace them or at least refund me. After writing this I did receive great customer service. They are refunding me a whole complete box for the 6 pcs that came damaged and 4 which we used strategically under where the bed goes so no one will see. ... show more

I ordered 35 boxes for the entire home. 4 of the boxes were broken, and when I ordered the replacement!! Lucid Vinyl Flooring did not have them. So my kitchen is half way done and other half is ugly. However Vinyl sent me refund and replacement purchased.. very good business enterprise. Thanks

Yet another box of broken planks :( Which is too bad because I managed to finish my customers floor today by carefully using the broken planks where they would fit cutting off the bad areas and my customer loves her floor. But I can't waste time buying from someone who's gonna keep sending a damaged product. ... show more
