Multiple manual steps: washing-draining, rinse- drain The plastic basket fall off from its place if you are washing multiple items, regardless of how light they are. . I wish you could connect it to a wifi where you can switch thru steps. . I purchased thru amazon 4 silicone agitators that I drop into the machine & helps getting clothes even cleaner. Great product- if you are looking to wash a small load (primarily underwears and socks). I do not have in unit washer and dryer, so this is helpful for me. However, if you have in unit washer/dryer, this is not for you. Not recommended for washing clothes

Very happy with this! It is small, portable, and collapsible. It is really quite easy to use. I bought it to take camping this summer and it will be perfect! I would say that it takes about 25-30 minutes to get your clothes clean.
