Purchased this Galileo Sports net for my 10 yr old son. We live in an area that has brutal sun but the netting has withstood the unforgiving sunshine. It’s easy to assemble and dissemble. It takes me about 40 min to set up or 20 min with help for another person. Once in the bag it’s easy to move and store. We had an issue with the fiber glass flexible poles that started to crack so I reached out to Galileo Sports and they are providing me with replacements. Great customer service. ... show more

The cage is a perfect fit for my 10 Year old son. it does require 2 people to setup. had a few issues with some of the poles breaking but contacted support and they were extremely helpful in getting them replaced for me.

Product is fine for the price It needs a little more support to stay up Some of the fiberglass rods have splintered and need replacement after 2 months and some of the netting has torn with light use It’s fine for the price but if you are looking for longevity and durability — look elsewhere

***Edit*** I am updating my review because this company read my response and reached out to me to send me new poles and offer a partial refund. I was completely blown away by the customer service and offer. I was not expecting it which makes it so much more appreciated. This is the way you value your customers and other company’s should learn from this. I will definitely buy from them again just because they care what you think and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Way to go!! I was hoping this would be easier to set up. It takes almost an hour each time we put it up. And it is not as sturdy as we would have liked. We have had it for only a month and already have had to of the poles snap. We take it down when ever it storms or high winds so it does not get ruined but the poles are not very strong. ... show more

Out of the box, this is great. A few weeks later you will start to notice things like how rabbits will destroy this in a matter of a few days. Kudos to the company providing patches... but still... there is not enough for what these vermin have done. I tried to bribe my dog with unlimited treats and belly rubs for the heads of the netting eating rascals. The other thing, more importantly... the fiberglass poles... They break easily. I am on a 3rd set of poles as they do not hold up to the weather. If you put this indoors, it will work as advertised and then some... just does not work for outside usage. ... show more

It was set up for about a week and one of the fiberglass poles snapped. Contacted customer support, waiting for resolution. Update: Customer support was great and quickly resolved the issue.

    • Great Batting Cage
This batting cage has worked out great for my son. It has helped his game tremendously. I can go with closed end for hitting off the tee and use the opened end with pitching machine. I love convenience of going in the backyard and able to see my son become one of the best hitters on the team. I have been able to place the cage in concrete and have it tied down with the numerous ties. For the cost of the cage compared to others, this cage is an awesome deal.
