It has a double canopy design, allowing wind to pass through, while the hydrophobic coating on the high density pongee fabric allows water to effordlessly slide off. The ribs of the umbrella are crafted from fibreglass, which is lightweight and flexible, while the shaft of the umbrella is made from medal for rigidity and durability, electroplated to eradicate any corrosion or rust.

It opens easily, and is also easy to close. You push a button to pop it open, and slide the umbrella down to retract it. It seems like a quality umbrella, but the price seems a bit high compared to other umbrellas here on Amazon. This umbrella is really well made. I live in the PNW where we have wind and rain for 9 months out of the year. This held up to the wind we had while keeping us dry to watch the game. The teal color is gorgeous. It folds up very compactly so I keep it in my car. The umbrella is also very large, at 40 inches we were all able to huddle under to stay dry. I'm in south Florida, it rains, a lot. This umbrella has came in handy 5 times already saving me from getting drenched. It is easy to use, wind-proof, and small enough to throw into the side pocket of your car door. It does what it needs to do without inverting so I would recommend this umbrella.

This is a good quality umbrella with good quality functionality. It looks great and is easy to operate. It is also easy to fold back up. It automatically pops up and unfolds with a simple and easy press of a button. It only takes seconds to push down and fold back up. It comes with a small pouch that it easily fits back into with a simple spin while you push. It also has good wind resistance. This is a pretty decent umbrella. It opens and closes with no issues and having the vent on the top helps keep it from being destroyed by the wind. It's small enough when closed that you can take it wherever without it being a major inconvenience.

Nice rubber handle. Canopy has slots made into it to release some pressure if the wind catches under it. There is a flush mounted button on the handle for releasing from the folded up position. The sliding knob for closing up the umbrella has a good size ring ridge sticking out at it's base which makes it so much easier to grip and pull down on.
