I have been looking for a machine like this for a long time! It is the perfect size with a loud sound! Perfect enough for a professional singer! I could go on and on about how great it is! The size and sound is perfect! I like that you can use a USB or SD card! I love the two wireless microphones! The customer service is the best too! They contacted me first to see if it arrived ok and answered any questions I had! I give this a 10+ if I could! I highly recommend this for professional singers!😁

Nobody likes to write a two-star review. In a perfect world, everything would be, well, perfect! I was excited to set this up and use it. Let me start by saying that setup is easy. It paired easily with the microphones. I placed it in what I thought would be it's permanent location. I found that the microphones struggled to achieve a consistent connection. There was a lot of 'cutting out'. That alone sort of defeats the purpose of this Karaoke machine. And who doesn't like to sing or do Karaoke? Even by myself making dinner I find myself singing. I even stood next to this machine with the microphone with disappointing results. Very unfortunate. The Karaoke feature is wonky, so I tried it as a Bluetooth speaker. I connected this to my Echo Dot. Again, the Bluetooth connection paired easily. I then played several different songs to get an idea of the quality of the sound. Very disappointing again! It is supposed to have 50 watts of power. I am skeptical of that statement. It sounds more like a 10-watt computer speaker. So, there is strike two and sort of the final strike. It can't air fry my potatoes. What is left for this thing to perform. I really don't know what to do with this Karaoke machine. It might be fun, and frustrating, for young children to play with. The voice changer is fun. I think this gadget should have the sticker "For ages 4 to 11". My children are grown and that is not an option. It pains me to have a new product that does not perform like I expected. I can't seem to throw things away, so I might find a use for this in the future. Maybe some neighbor's children. Even then, have you seen the technology that kids have already?!? They might even scoff at this machine. Again, very unfortunate. There are no more words... UPDATE: The seller contacted me about my dissatisfaction regarding this Karaoke machine. They offered me a replacement to try. Everything seemed to work better including and most importantly the sound. I feel that kind of customer service today rates more of a four-star review. Although it is not perfect, the seller made the extra effort to make it much better. A rare thing these days. Thank you POWCONF.

Sound was great, even outside, microphone and speaker both work well. Easy to connect to and use. Fairly easy to turn the echo on and off, but you have to play around to figure it out. Cons: No way to lower the treble on the speaker to enable karaoke with regular music. Only one charging cord so takes a long time to charge the speaker and each microphone.

Small but very powerful. Love it. The mics pick up sound really well. Wish I could connect these to my computer. Maybe updates in the future.
