I bought this cleaner to clean some spots of the carpet. It works well. I cleaned the spots two times and now, I am not able to see them anymore. The unit does a good job. Here are some things I don't like. I can not see when the clear water tank is empty. If you have problems with your hands, don't buy it. The lids are hard to open. If you have back problems, don't buy it. You have to get on your knees to use it. I wish this unit had a rigid pole, so I can stand up using it. This unit is more or less a small dirty spot remover. Cleaning is easy, you just rinse it under running water.

This thing is horrible. From the automated voice it speaks with to the actual function of it. If you're using steam there's no vacuum. On heat, the water does slightly warm up but there's no control of when it sprays. It just sprays until it decides to stop. The jetting on the sprayer is like a clogged shower head. It sprays a little here, more over there and a little that way. I've bought some bad products before but this thing shouldn't even be on here. Especially for the price. I was trying to replace a different cleaner that was under $100 but this thing makes that one look really good. This is a prank, right? Did I just get punked?

I honestly wasn’t expecting much of out this! But I am in love with this!!! Very lightweight and easy to use. It’s small but easy for storage!! The spray nozzle is a lil awkward to predict where it’s going to shoot but it’s alright! I love it so much and for the price you can’t beat it!!
