I'm disappointed the charging cable does not work and it's not the cable cuz I've tried other cables it's actually the charging dock area on the item itself you have to hold the cable and pull it up for it to get a charge and this is only after 5 or 6 weeks I had to wiggle it the first couple weeks which was only after a month of purchase and now it's not working at all it never Blended very well... my bananas were always partially Blended and bananas are soft it won't blend anything really that well

This product works very well. Unlike the Hamilton Beach 14oz version, this one can crush ice easily. My only gripe about this model is that the lid doesn't have an air hole so drinking from it is less than ideal. To remedy this I drilled a very small hole in the lid. I didn't think this out very well, however, because in order to make this item probable, one has to turn the whole thing upside down and screw on the included bottom. It's not a big deal to do this but it means I more less rendered the portability feature of this device kill and void. Oh well. My solution just makes it easier to pour the contents of my homemade smoothie into one of the many other drinking vessels I own. As an aside, the Sam's Club brand of premade fruit smoothies work perfectly. Just pour one into the carafe and throw in some ice, protein powder, creatine, and you're set.

I wanted a portable blender for semi frozen smoothies. This blender motor is very weak. Even after fully charged. It Can’t even make milkshakes properly. I think I will return it and look for a more powerful one. Update: after I used it a few more times. I think I will keep it for blending soft fruits. No problem with blending soft food. Fast charging.

first of all, this came out way bigger and cuter than I thought. I love that you can take it apart and use it as just a normal water bottle. I’ve been able to make fresh piña coladas at the lake and it is such a vibe!
