I found this fairly easy to set up. It works well and puts out a very powerful blast of cold air. I measured the cold air it put out and it reached about 39 degrees F. As far as noise, it seems to put out about 65 or 70 decibels. I would buy this again.

    • It isn’t going to cool a huge house but will definitely get a small space very comfortable.
I absolutely love this ac unit. We have that one room that is the last one for the ductwork to reach. So we got this little gem and it has not disappointed us. Money well spent!

purchased this december 5th. worked great for the first 3 weeks and now it is January 31st and for the last 2 weeks it has been shutting off. i made sure it was drained out and followed all instructions.

Purchased August of last year due to issues with the built in central HVAC unit at my apartment. Honestly didn't have super high expectations but the unit has worked well for the past six months running nonstop. Cools 250 sq ft reliably. Would recommend placing it on a rubber matt to damp the compressor sound. Pro: 1. Small size (compared to other tower units) 2. Easy install (would recommend some foam tape though) 3. At the time of purchase it was inexpensive (150) Cons: 1. Compressor sound is loud and rough. Fine if in corner of room but can be annoying right next to your desk or bed. 2. Dehumidifier function fills up pretty fast. Draining is a hassle (Would not recommend using. Purchase a standalone unit). 3. Air intakes are on one side and can be accidently blocked. ... show more
