Power supply cord that was provided did not work and would not consistently power fan. Had to buy a new cord, and now it powers normally. The fan itself doesn't really provide cool air and essentially works as a normal fan. I am disappointed in the product

I dislike the way the top center if this until gets very hot. I also do not like the fact that it shuts off after about 10 minutes and melts the ice quickly. I wish it would have cooled the room but it does not. I would not advise buying this product. Seller provided full refund without having to return product. ... show more

I literally wasted $70 on this and it works like a small fan. Doesn’t cool anything at all. I’ve tried to I’ve it time and followed all the directions but it is literally a waste of money.
