These are great! I love the Dr Poppi (Doc Pop) flavor especially as a alternative to Dr. Pepper. (Although I'm not certain he ever actually got his degree...) These are great tasting alternatives to those sugar bombs that everyone used to drink. They have lots of fizz and a good carbonation level. Nothing Artificial. They have healthy additives like natural probiotics from Apple Cider Vinegar. And they are sweetened with a bit of real cane sugar and Apple juice Extract. At only 30 calories per can, whats not to love? They are low calorie and the soda inspired flavors like doc pop have a small amount of caffeine, 40 mg, for a bit of extra energy. If you are looking for a way to lose weight and avoid a lot of chemicals, these are super effective.. When soda calls, wanting you back, let him down easy. The ingredients are Sparkling Water, Cassava Root Fiber, Organic Cane Sugar, Natural Flavors, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Apple Juice Concentrate, Organic Agave Inulin, Stevia Leaf Extract, Natural Tartaric Acid, Natural Caffeine. I gave up regular soda years ago. But when I saw this product, I thought I would try it. I did because it is a healthy option. I haven't had much carbonation in years. The taste is wonderful! I will order again if the price comes down. Too expensive for this option. I will drink carbonated water until the price comes down to a reasonable price.

I've tried several flavors of Poppi Soda so far and overall I have enjoyed them. Poppi has a good variety and a nice bubbles when you need that fizzy drink with whatever you are eating. The sugar is low, but there still is a decent amount of calories in them. I'm not sure about the prebiotics, unfortunately. I can't say I noticed a difference and I really wish they would list the amount of prebiotics on the bottle. For health benefits it's a nice alternative to soda, but how much would I have to drink to really get health benefits from Poppi? The flavors can either be subtle in comparison to soda or too much. I liked the subtle ones, but the strong ones just don't cut it for me. Classical Cola: is nowhere close to regular cola, but more like a cream soda. Still drinkable. Doc Pop: weak compared to the Doctor's of Pepper, but enough flavor where you can taste it, but it does not fully satisfy like its competitor. Will continue to drink. Lemon Lime: didn't care for this one; lemon is strong wherever Poppi Soda you are drinking. Won't drink. Root Beer: the flavor of root beer is definitely there, however, there are some spices in an after taste that makes this one a No for me. Raspberry Rose: very nice subtle flavor and good mix. Reminds me of a zesty raspberry iced tea. Will continue to drink. Strawberry Lemon: much like Lemon Lime there's a weird imbalance of flavors and the lemon is too strong. Won't drink. Cherry Limeade: refreshing and good mix of flavor. One of the few with flavor that is neither too subtle or too overbearing. Still drinkable. Orange: the best one of the bunch! The flavor is there and it's just orange. Really the only one that I tried so far that comes close to beating regular orange soda. Will continue to drink. If I could I would rate Poppi Soda a 3.5 stars, but I gave them 4 because their Orange soda is most certainly a winner!

I LOVE Poppi and have been drinking them for years. The variety pack I ordered was a great price too, which is awesome since these can get very expensive in stores. They aren’t incredibly fizzy like some regular sodas but it’s just enough. My favorite flavors are cherry cola and cherry limeade. I got a variety pack with the classic sodas and I enjoy all of those flavors. I haven’t experienced any obviously health benefits drinking these, personally (at least from what I can tell) but I have a coworker who also drinks Poppi and says they help a lot with her digestion. They do, however, keep me drinking enough fluids, which is great since it can be hard for me to get enough water throughout the day. They are sweet enough but don’t taste overly sweet; they’re low in sugar so I don’t feel “guilty” after drinking these on a semi-regular basis. They also have a little bit of caffeine but not enough to where it makes you jittery if you drink the whole can quickly. I am a Poppi glazer… can’t recommend these drinks enough ;)

These are so absolutely delicious 😋. A great cheat from soda. Low in calories and sugar grams so it's almost guiltfree and mostly healthy. The flavors in the variety pack are exciting and tasty. They arrived quickly and securely packaged.

Almost gave them five stars. The Prebiotic effects are apparent, and showed up pretty quickly. I have more energy these days, from drinking a soda beverage! The taste is very much a mixed bag though, with the Vinegar aftertaste very much there. Still, love the straight fruit flavors (e.g. grape), not the Cola. I'm sticking for the health benefits, but plan to narrow down to the fruit flavors.
