this was easy to put together and use. The only issue I have is that you cant just leave the fountain going for long periods of time, it will rotate. I have tried tightening it over and over but it still moves. It will flow out of the pool. We had a big storm roll through and it rotated it 180* and it drained my pool :( It is now on the off setting where it flows out from the bottom. I can only use it when we are outside and i wont be able to use it to cool the water down.

This is a great little product that I bought after my brother got one for his pool. But while his does it's supposed to do (which is create a little fountain) mine just gurgles beneath the surface of the water. I didn't realize my pool pump nozzle was too far below the water level for this to work. So be sure you measure before you purchase the product. That said, it still makes a nice bubbling noise that I kinda like when I'm out there, so I have left it up.

It was not adjustable so the fountain head was below the waterline. It would have to be modified to work correctly. This is a problem that many other reviewers have also mentioned.

The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what we needed for our pool. It has brought the temperature down at least 5 degrees or more. Being in Texas it's extremely hot!! I would recommend this product!! Plus it makes the pool look amazing and the sound is relaxing as well!!! Easy to hook up, works great!! Price wasn't bad either and fits the return jet!

Within 1 week of using this fountain, water began not flowing through some of the holes. We keep our pool prestine so that was not the issue. The fountain just wasn’t well made. It also is not adjustable. It almost shoots straight out instead of up more in an arch. We returned it.
