I purchased these based on price. I wasn’t expecting high quality. Upon opening them I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. I am aware the length is longer than I would have liked.. again I was looking for the cheapest option for what I needed. They definitely are blackout, appearance is beautiful, they feel and look soft ( they are curtains who cares if they are soft right? Lol) They also appear to keep the room insulated and cool. Bought these for a babies room to help with naps. They work like a charm as the fabric is pretty thick and keeps the room very dark. I got the dark blue color. Great value for the money as the quality is actually quite good.

They are thick and block most of the light. The whites are very white, so I thought I would try the cream. Except outdoors, in direct and full sunlight, the cream is actually a pale brownish color. So if you are looking for a true cream, it won't suit you. Otherwise, very decent curtains for the price. And it's nice that they have both back tabs and rod pocket. They didn't hang nice at all with the back tabs (too bulky, but not tailored), but worked out great with the pocket. ... show more

I have an existing curtain rod from valances that is 4”wide. It was difficult to find curtains with a rod pocket that would fit. These curtains have a wide curtain rod but also have tabs that made it possible fir me to use these with my existing valance rods. The curtains are also very soft and definitely block light. I only needed one panel but it’s nice this item came with two. I like that it has multiple options for hanging which, for larger sized windows, is nice to have the option to style it how you like. The curtain material is also soft unlike most stiff blackout curtains. For the smaller size I ordered I needed to cover an octagon shaped small window. My use is two-fold since in the evenings the sun goes down on the master bed side of the house and cuts through that window like Kylo Ren through Han Solo. The second reason is my neighbors’ back yard has zillion watt LED lights and it’s not deliberate but one of them happens to shine right through the same window. It’s not pointed at my house just bright enough to be annoying to me. Using these curtains on a cheap short tension rod hung on two Commando hooks; now I need a lamp in my room it’s so dark. The difference is astonishing. Anyways these are good quality and perfect for small windows if you’ve been looking for a solution to similar issues. ... show more
