My kids and I set this up at our kitchen table and play for hours. It's so fun to have this be a part of our game night. The net works perfectly for any surface, but the rackets are not the greatest, so we had to use our own rackets.

Weighted net is nice. Easily opens for net. Twists to retract net back in post. Handles are uncomfortable and a little difficult to open. But really just purchased for the net anyway. Netting post will store a few balls as well.

I'm so thankful that these paddles are not made of the standard latex, stinky material. These paddles do not have any strong odors and they feel like they're made of either silicone or some other type of non-toxic material. I think this is the only portable table tennis set that uses that type of material. Thanks Umbra for making this set! I've bought 2 sets, 1 for my family and another as a gift, but I'm going to buy another set so I can have 4 paddles. ... show more

The net design is unique and unlike anything else on Amazon. All other designs have spingloaded posts that clamp to the side of the table. We have a large pool table that cannot accommodate these clamps. This set was the only design that works! The paddles are horrible though. Not sure why they needed to be redesigned when regulation paddles work. They are made of plastic and are awkward to play with. Overall great product for the net design alone! ... show more

Bought this for my husband's birthday and set it up to mess around with right on the spot. I love that it uses weights instead of clamps, because my table is too thick to accept the clamped versions that I also looked at on Amazon. It also comes with everything that you need, though we'll be getting a new set of ping pong balls because these balls became lopsided within the first 15 minutes of use. We may have inadvertently slammed the balls against the dining chairs while playing, which we didn't clear out of the way, but we were so absorbed in our game that I'm not entirely sure. I got this for my brother for his birthday and he loved it. The net holds and retracts perfectly and the paddles work great as well. There only problem we had is that it was suppose to come included with ping pong balls and there were no balls in the package. Got a little awkward when we went to play as soon as he opened the gift and there were no balls. Once we did get some balls it made fro hours of fun. Would definitely recommend. ... show more

My kids love this set. It comes with a pouch to put all items in. It is so portable and good to have. Only thing is I wish there were better balls. The ball that came with our set is sort of warped so it bounces weird. We will just have to get another ball.

The net is REALLY long! And the plastic is nice and thick, yet it all collapses down and fits in a little storage bag. I bought this for a work gift exchange and it was quite popular.
