The POLYWOOD® Classic Folding Adirondack (AD5030) is a comfortable, stylish deck chair made from solid, heavy-duty, marine-grade HDPE POLYWOOD® to mimic the appearance of painted wood. cracking, chipping, and peeling. Weighing 34 lbs, this chair measures 29x35.75x35.75 inches and folds down for easy transportation and storage. Made in the USA, the Classic Folding Adirondack requires no staining, painting, or waterproofing and is available in a variety of different fade-resistant colors. The contoured chair pairs well with POLYWOOD’s OT53 Ottoman, XPWS0008 seat cushion, the XPWP0106 headrest pillow, and the XPWF0010 full cushion.

It's a great looker, nice design beautiful color. However the workmanship is a bit meh. Pieces initially didn't fit correctly, but once you sit on it, it came into place. A bit more desirable to have the gaps and edge roughness be more fine tuned. Comfort is like wood. Feels soft and enough resistance. I read some people complaining about how the seats aren't "adult" sized. I am 6'2 and fits fine. So I don't know what size those people are. A cushion will help soften the hard feel but I am plenty happy with it ... show more

I ordered from the "used" option and after a mixup finally got a perfect new one. Box was beat up. Sealed package was missing two much needed bolts, my local hardware carries them for under thirty cents. Easy to put together and perfect for sunny Florida weather.

I purchased two chairs in 2021, these chairs are so expensive because they are built to last. These chairs will not live up to that expectation as pictured the plywood is splitting after 4 years of owning them.
